WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE JOURNEY…

TWO IN-PERSON RETREATS

We will be starting the journey in Colorado for an in-person retreat as well as ending the journey with Worship Circle’s Annual REST Retreat in Stone Mountain, GA.

MAIN SESSIONS

Once a month we will have a large group session for 1 Hour, based around the topics above.

SMALL GROUP

Once a month small group session, for 1 Hour, immediately following main session for discussion, prayer, and care.

One-on-one spiritual Direction

Once a Month one-on-one 45-minute Spiritual Direction session with a classically trained and certified spiritual director.

SPOUSE SMALL GROUP

Also included is a monthly small group option for your spouse, as well as monthly spiritual direction sessions.

We will tackle some of the most important issues Pastors face today including:

  • Feeling alone/isolated

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the grind

  • Dealing with challenging staff/leaders/elders

  • Creating space for soul care, silence and solitude

  • Creating space to rest and receive (retreat)

  • Caring for your marriage

  • Releasing the fullness of Christ in you

  • Self-awareness + God-awareness (WEPSS)

  • Spiritual Formation in the Church

  • Spiritual Direction for the Church

  • Engaging Story Work

  • And most importantly…learning to have fun again!

OTHER Program Details

MEMBERSHIP includes the entire Worship Circle Pastors program from start to finish. 

  • Kick-off Retreat at the Hideaway in Colorado Springs Colorado (travel not included).

  • Nine one-hour online small group sessions with your leader

  • Nine one-hour online large group sessions with special guest speakers

  • Nine one-hour spiritual direction sessions with your group leader, a certified spiritual director

  • Downloads of ALL sessions and resources that you can keep forever

  • One ticket and lodging for the annual Worship Circle REST retreat in October in Atlanta, GA, with the entire Worship Circle Family (travel not included).

COST: $399/month for 9 Months (scholarships opportunities available, we do not want money to be a barrier to your soul care!)

Our hope is that your church will cover the cost for you as an investment into your care. If not, we have tools to help you raise the support. The best way is finding 4 people to invest in you as a prayer and care advocate for $100/month for 9 months.
